Aimeee — Data Deletion Instructions / 愛蜜 — 資料刪除說明

If you would like to delete the personal data that Aimeee has collected, you have the following options:

如你希望刪除愛蜜所收集的個人資料，你可以透過以下方式提出要求：

Option 1: Delete via the App / 方法一：透過應用程式刪除

1. Open the Aimeee app / 打開愛蜜應用程式
2. Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data / 前往設定 > 私隱 > 刪除我的資料
3. Confirm your request / 確認你的要求
4. Your account, conversation history, and family profile data will be scheduled for deletion / 你的帳戶、對話記錄及家庭檔案資料將被排定刪除

Option 2: Delete via Email / 方法二：透過電郵刪除

Send an email to: info@aimeee.ai

請發送電郵至：info@aimeee.ai

• Subject / 主題: Data Deletion Request / 資料刪除要求
• Include the email address or phone number associated with your Aimeee account / 請附上你的愛蜜帳戶所使用的電郵地址或手機號碼

Upon receiving your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

收到你的要求後，以下資料將被永久刪除：

• Your account information (email, display name) / 你的帳戶資料（電郵、顯示名稱）
• Family profile data (children's ages, developmental stages) / 家庭檔案資料（子女年齡、發展階段）
• All conversation records with Aimeee / 所有與愛蜜的對話記錄
• Device and usage data linked to your account / 與你帳戶相關的裝置及使用資料

The following data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:

以下資料可能依法保留一段時間：

• Safety-flagged conversation records: retained for up to 24 months for safety audit and legal compliance purposes. These records are accessible only to authorised safety review personnel and are not used for any commercial purpose. / 被安全系統標記的對話記錄：保留最多 24 個月，用於安全審計及法律合規。此類記錄僅限獲授權的安全審查人員存取，不會用於任何商業用途。

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
